It’s been a little bit since I posted that clean as hell Fortune Auto Datsun 510, and even longer since I posted a 280z so to break the Datsun drought here is a 280z out of Quebec that looks quite proper dressed in all black and wearing 16×9 and 16×10 3pc Simmons wheels as asphalt kickers.
I’m very impressed the owner was able to keep this car so clean in Quebec because from what i hear the roads in QC are not very great and they salt quite a bit.
The mod list on this 1976 280z:
- Rebuilt L28/10psi of boost/FMIC
- Megasquirt
- Ground Control coilovers
- Big brake kit
- Simmons wheels – 225/50ZR16 Yoko tyres
- ZG fender flares
- Recaro Bucket Seat
- Kirk Racing roll bar
- 3 point front and rear strut bars
- Momo wheel

That’s a right arm hanging out of the left window…. Sitting backwards? This car is super sexy though. I love the straight on rear shot.

Zach, good eye. I would have never caught that.
I’ve never really liked 280’s, their body always seemed to be bloated. But this looks great, low and wide makes them look quite svelte. I wonder how the handling is…
